The Problem
Al Mana's HR team managed 400+ driver contracts across Excel files, printed forms, and scattered email threads. License renewal tracking was manual — 3 drivers had unknowingly driven with expired QIDs in one quarter.
The Challenge
The platform needed to handle Qatar Labour Law compliance rules, automated QID/license expiry alerts, multi-currency payroll calculations, and generate legally-valid PDF contracts in Arabic and English.
How We Approached It
We worked with the HR manager and a Qatar labour law consultant to map all 14 compliance requirements. The payroll module was reverse-engineered from 12 months of historical payslips to ensure 100% calculation parity before going live.

A complete HR platform with employee onboarding flows, digital contract signing, payroll processing with deduction rules, automated compliance alerts for expiring documents, leave management, and an employee self-service portal.
