A fully automated luxury transportation platform replacing a manual WhatsApp-based booking system.
The Problem
LuxeRide was processing 200+ daily bookings entirely through WhatsApp and manual spreadsheets. Dispatchers worked 14-hour shifts, double-bookings were common, and clients had zero visibility into their ride status.
The Challenge
The platform needed to replace deeply ingrained manual habits while being intuitive enough for both tech-savvy corporate clients and non-technical chauffeurs. It also required real-time GPS tracking without relying on expensive third-party telematics hardware.
How We Approached It
We ran a 2-week discovery sprint embedded with the dispatch team, mapping every touchpoint. Wireframes were validated with 8 real clients before design began. Development used 2-week sprints with live demos every Friday. Chauffeur app onboarding included a 1-day in-person training session.

A web platform for corporate clients with instant booking, live chauffeur tracking, and automated invoicing. A mobile-first driver app for chauffeurs. An internal admin dashboard for dispatch with real-time fleet visibility across the entire city.
